Rules of the Course

All hirers must read this before riding.

Your safety is your responsibility. We do not accept liability for any accident, injury, illness, loss or damage to you, your horse, your vehicle or your belongings.
All riders must wear a hat to the current approved standard (correctly fastened, no fixed peak) when mounted, and current approved standard body protectors must be worn on the cross- country course.
Participants should be accompanied, either mounted or on foot. If you wish to come on your own, don't worry - let us know when you book as we can usually arrange to have someone on the course while you are there.
Please report any problems or damage to us when you finish so things can be rectified for the next person.
Please be aware that this is a working farm and there may be machinery or stock moving about. Children should be closely supervised and dogs must be under control and on leads at all times.
The rules are fairly simple and are mainly common sense. By signing this disclaimer on arrival, you are agreeing to abide by them. An adult must sign for any rider under 16 years old.
If you sign on behalf of a group, it is assumed that all members of your group are aware of the rules and are happy to accept them.
Disclaimers should be signed before you start to the course and will be deemed to be in force for the remainder of the current season.
All riders MUST HAVE insurance, either personal, BE, BS, BD, PC, RC or similar.
The hire of the course is £25 per horse, for as long as you need.

Show Jumping Hire
The Show Jumps can be hired in groups, individually or with an instructor, separately from XC or together.
The hire of the SJ course is £15 per horse for 1 hour approximately.
XC and SJ hire together is a discounted £35 per horse.

Dressage Arena Hire

Please inquire if you wish to have arena practise as the arenas can be available through the summer.
To hire an arena it is £10 per horse.

Hires are available from April to October, around any competitions and farming.

Hires are half hourly or hourly, so not many horses on course, but you can take as long as you need.

Working Hunter Hire
The Working Hunter Jumps can be hired in groups, individually or with an instructor, separately from XC or together.
The hire of the WH course is £15 per horse for 1 hour approximately.
XC and SJ hire together is a discounted £35 per horse.

We do ask that you arrive in plenty time to start at your booking time and that ALL DOGS ARE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES AND PLEASE PICK UP AFTER THEM.
